10. Naturist Legacy Park's new water well is drilled

Naturist Legacy Park's new water well was drilled on a brisk day in mid-May by Friesen Drillers Ltd. of Steinbach. My wife and I were there to open the gate and show them where to drill. The crew began their work at about 11:00 a.m. and finished at about 3:00 p.m. They worked non-stop, taking coffee breaks and eating lunch on the go while the drilling continued. According to their Driller's Report, the new water well was 120 feet deep. The pumping test produced 25 gallons per minute, which was more than adequate to meet our needs. The solid work ethic demonstrated by the Friesen Drillers crew was impressive, as was their level of skill and obvious desire to please their customer.
