Important Meeting Scheduled

All members and interested friends of Crocus Grove Sun Club are encouraged to attend an extremely important general meeting that will be held soon.

WHEN: Saturday, September 11, 2010 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

WHERE: Army, Navy & Air Force #1 Legion, 300 - 1395 Ellice Avenue (Empress St. entrance).

Most of you should have received an envelope of documents in the mail that included a cover letter, the meeting agenda, a copy of our Articles of Incorporation, a copy of our corporate by-laws and a copy of the Donor And Prepaid Member Agreement which will be used to fulfill pledges. As mentioned in the cover letter, this is going to a very full meeting. If you have any questions or concerns after reading these documents, we would ask that you please share them with us before the day of the meeting rather than during the meeting itself because time for addressing questions and concerns will be very limited. If a number of you ask the same question or express the same concern privately, we will be sure to address that issue publicly at the meeting.
