John Kundert's Naturist Legacy Park Scrapbook
Photo Gallery 39 (2013)
The roof would be sheathed with 1/2" spruce plywood (see the plans). I did all of the initial roof work while other members on the ground cut plywood sheets to size and handed them up to me. Once all of the plywood was safely tacked into position, other members joined me on the roof to put in the rest of the screws. A very generous Naturist Legacy Inc. member donated UltraVic Metal Roofing for the clubhouse. As before, I was the person on the roof while other members handed each sheet to me as needed. They attached the lower end of each sheet while I put in all the rest of the screws. Once all of the sheets were in place, I was able to attach the vented ridge cap. Members handed each section from below as needed. It was great to see all of the roof work safely done.
