05. The new Naturist Legacy Inc. land under December snow
Photos of Naturist Legacy's journey to success
I and another director made a brief visit to Naturist Legacy's new land
in early December 2010 and discovered a crisp and inviting "marshmallow"
world! The sun was bright and the wind was absolutely calm. It was a truly
remarkable Manitoba winter day! Though all was now quiet on the land, leaders
and members of Naturist Legacy Inc. were still keeping busy in the city.
I built and launched the corporation's new website. Fundraising continued.
I began chairing member Advisory
Council meetings (many would take place during the next few winters).
I helped to write and edit articles about Naturist Legacy for publication

Winnipeg Manitoba nudist naturist nudism
I'm a founder of Naturist Legacy Inc. and Naturist Legacy Park. I was
with them for seven years. The first four of those years are well-documented
The last three are not. My membership ended on April 30, 2017.
The thing I loved most about my time with Naturist Legacy was the learning.
There was "nuts and bolts" stuff, like learning how to incorporate a non-profit
organization, and learning how to build a nudist park from the ground up,
and learning how to run it. And then there was the deeper stuff, like what
I learned about human nature during those seven years, and what I learned
about myself after all was said and done. It was all incredibly interesting!
"You can't connect the dots looking forward," Steve Jobs once said.
"You can only connect them looking backward."
