Naturist Legacy Inc. took possession of its new land on October 1, 2010. The front part of the property was an overgrown and junk-strewn mess! A small group of members (including my wife and I) immediately went to work. During the next few days we widened the existing road for many hundreds of feet off the highway by removing trees and brush and then mowing the newly cleared space. We created a storage area for the buildings and trailers that were to be moved over from the old campground. Many of those trailers and buildings were in fact moved by the end of week one. A member couple began clearing meadows of tall grass and weeds using their sickle-bar mower.
